There are four catholic churches within the Forest of Dean area, all served by our Parish Priest, Fr. Barnabas Page. Our parishes lies within the Clifton Diocese, which is part of the Catholic Church in England & Wales.

Mass Times

Mass is celebrated in all of our churches throughout the week, excluding Mondays. There are also regular weekend services, a Saturday evening service and two Sunday morning Masses. We also hold seasonal celebrations and special acts of worship at various times throughout the year.

Our Church Hall is located next to St. Margaret Mary's Church in Coleford and is available for hire. If you wish to find out more, arrange a viewing or to discuss requirements, please contact the Parish Office.

Our hall is in frequent use. Below are some of the regular activities currently running. To find out more about any of these activities, please contact our Office.


  • Gloucestershire Wildlife Group - The next meeting is on Friday 20th October, 7-10pm.
  • Lunch Club - Held every last Friday of the Month. 3 Course meal followed by tea/coffee.
  • FoodBank - Every Monday 2pm-4pm & Every Thursday 9am-11am
  • Pilates - Tuesday's 1pm-2pm.  Please contact the office for dates.
  • Busy Bee's Parent & Toddler Group - Wednesday's 9.30am-11am.  Snacks provided.  Activities for the Children.  During term time..
  • Yoga - Thursday 7pm - 8.30pm.  Sept 21st, 28th; Oct 5th, 12th, 19th; Nov 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th; Dec7th. 
  • Hard of Hearing Group - Every 2nd & 4th Monday of the Month.  24th July, 14th Aug, 11th Sept, 25th Sept, 9th Oct, 23rd Oct
  • Coffee Morning - Committee get together next date 16th September 10am-12am
  • U3A Craft in Coleford - will meet the 1st Monday of the month 10am-12.  Starting Monday 2nd October.  Bring some craft work along with you & natter while you work.  Each session costs £1
